As an HRIS Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of our human resources information systems, enabling our organization to successfully meet its strategic goals.   1. Manage and maintain all aspects of the human resources information systems (HRIS) for Western Union, including data integrity, security, and system updates.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand HR business needs and align HRIS capabilities accordingly.
  3. Develop and implement HRIS strategies to support organizational goals and improve HR processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations, and maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  5. Train and support HR team members and end-users on HRIS processes and procedures.
  6. Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business performance.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS systems.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
  9. Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and manage contracts for HRIS services.
  11. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  12. Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
  13. Serve as the main point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of HR processes and make recommendations for process improvements.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hris Management, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Organization.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Hris Systems, Such As Workday, Sap, Or Adp.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Lead And Execute Multiple Hris Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Hris Issues.
