  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering appropriate solutions and guidance.
  3. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the upkeep of all equipment and supplies.
  5. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies in order to effectively assist customers.
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  7. Handle confidential information and adhere to all security and compliance protocols.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  10. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a secure and productive work environment.
