- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations: The Employment Counsel will be responsible for staying up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations in order to ensure Western Union's compliance with them.
- Provide strategic legal advice: This role requires providing strategic legal advice to the human resources team at Western Union, taking into account the company's goals and objectives.

Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employment Law, Preferably In A Corporate Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Experience In Providing Legal Counsel And Advice To Hr Departments And Management
