
Communications and Organizational Change Manager
In this role, you will build strategies and drive the execution of stakeholder engagement, communication, and training activities to facilitate adoption for key strategic Product & Platform initiatives. You will draft and coordinate the delivery of large-scale and global internal communications. The Organizational Change Manager will also establish and baseline key adoption metrics. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
