  1. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement through our loyalty platform.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement in the loyalty program.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the loyalty platform aligns with overall business objectives and customer needs.
  4. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer participation and retention in the loyalty program.
  5. Provide regular reports and insights on the performance of the loyalty program and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loyalty platform, including managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting any technical issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loyalty programs to continuously improve our platform and offerings.
  8. Train and mentor team members on the loyalty platform and assist with their professional development.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance and expand the loyalty program.
  10. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for the loyalty platform.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for the loyalty program and ensure efficient use of resources.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to support team morale and engagement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Customer Loyalty Program Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams
