- Develop and manage budgets for the loyalty program and ensure efficient use of resources.

Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Customer Loyalty Program Management
Strong Understanding Of Data Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams
