- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Mid and South Ohio region for Western Union.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region, acting as the main point of contact for their financial needs.
- Utilize market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target potential clients.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively showcasing Western Union's services and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client onboarding and account management processes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities in the region to inform business strategies.
- Represent Western Union at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and expand the network of potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions using the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance in all sales and business activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.
- Continuously develop and improve knowledge of Western Union's products, services, and processes to effectively promote and sell to clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Networking And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Negotiate With Clients.
Knowledge Of The Mid And South Ohio Market And An Understanding Of Local Business Trends And Needs.
