
Faculty (Part Time) - Physics and Astronomy

- Teach undergraduate courses in physics and astronomy, including laboratory sessions and lectures.
- Develop and deliver course content that engages and challenges students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds.
- Provide academic support and mentorship to students, including advising and career guidance.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and teaching methods.
- Engage in scholarly activities and research related to physics and astronomy.
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of physics and astronomy.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and university staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Attend and participate in university events and activities, including open houses and recruitment events.
- Adhere to university policies and procedures.
- Fulfill administrative duties as assigned by department chairs or university administration.
- Promote a culture of academic integrity and uphold ethical standards in teaching and research.
- Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to enhance student learning.
- Serve as a positive role model for students and represent the university in a professional manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Master's Degree Or Higher In Physics, Astronomy, Or A Related Field.
Demonstrated Teaching Experience At The Undergraduate Level.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Research And Developments In The Field Of Physics And Astronomy.
Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Faculty Members And Participate In Departmental Activities.
