
CRM Administrator
The CRM Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the customer relationship management (CRM) software applications. The CRM Administrator will design and document workflows while making appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.This position will be the point person for all CRM utilization including, membership, accounting, member recruitment, marketing, and events and will provide training and support to users.
2-4 years’ experience with CRM system support and administration
Intermediate experience working with sales and billing systems
2+ years of experience working in a Membership, Marketing or Sales division
Familiarity with IT systems, database design, and data structures.
