Lead and grow a team of Analysts to design and execute data-driven decision making. Further develop our vision and strategy for apps analytics. Work collaboratively with Software product managers to define success criteria for app deployment and engagement. Excel both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative teammate, depending on project requirements. Measure and report Monthly Active Users (MAU), # of Installs, Retention Cohort, and other metrics thru an intuitive and interactive dashboard. Derive insights from these metrics measurements and provide recommendations. Present these insights and recommended actions to the Consumer Solutions BU audience and leadership team. Develop predictive insights on user retention, and data driven recommendations on various software features. Build segmentation and targeted engagement campaigns based on users’ profile and behavior.
