1. Assist in the planning and coordination of the Workforce Development Summer College Intern Program.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with college students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare.
3. Screen and select qualified candidates for the internship program.
4. Create and implement training and development activities for interns.
5. Assign interns to specific departments and provide guidance and support throughout the program.
6. Monitor and evaluate intern performance and provide feedback for improvement.
7. Facilitate networking opportunities for interns within the organization.
