• Safely transport patients, visitors, and staff within the hospital facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized transportation vehicle at all times.
• Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation.
• Assist patients and visitors with getting in and out of the vehicle as needed.
• Monitor and report any issues or concerns with the vehicle to the appropriate department.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to provide a positive experience during transportation.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Keep accurate records of transportation logs and report any incidents or unusual occurrences.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Attend training and education sessions as required to stay up-to-date on transportation techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure efficient and effective transportation services.
• Display a positive and professional attitude towards patients, visitors, and fellow staff members.
• Participate in performance evaluations and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or hospital administration.
