1. Develop and deliver engaging and innovative educational programs to train future healthcare professionals.
2. Collaborate with experienced healthcare professionals to ensure curriculum meets industry standards and best practices.

4. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
5. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to ensure effective and efficient delivery of education.

8. Provide individualized support to students who may be struggling academically or personally.

10. Serve as a role model for students, demonstrating professionalism and a strong commitment to patient care.
11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital to enhance the learning experience for students.
