We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our Urgent Care team in Brookline and Boston Common. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supporting our urgent care staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care.   1. Lead and supervise the urgent care staff in providing exceptional healthcare services to patients.
  2. Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction by ensuring efficient and quality care.
  3. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff to improve their performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  4. Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the hospital to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  7. Train and onboard new staff members and provide ongoing education and training for existing staff.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues that arise.
  9. Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in urgent care operations.
  11. Work closely with the hospital administration to improve processes and implement new initiatives.
  12. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care and staff performance.
  14. Serve as a role model for staff by demonstrating excellent customer service and patient care.
  15. Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role In An Urgent Care Setting. This Includes Experience In Managing Staff, Budgeting, And Implementing Policies And Procedures.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Business Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Staff, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Urgent Care Operations, Including Triage, Patient Flow, And Medical Equipment.

  • Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) From The American Heart Association.
