We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor for our Urgent Care locations in Brookline and Boston Common.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the urgent care facilities in Brookline and Boston Common.
  2. Ensure that all staff members are providing high-quality care and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  3. Develop and implement protocols and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of urgent care services.
  4. Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and leaders to coordinate patient care and improve overall hospital operations.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  8. Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the urgent care services provided by the hospital.
  11. Participate in budget planning and management to ensure efficient use of resources.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all staff members.
  13. Conduct regular meetings and trainings to keep staff informed and engaged in the hospital's mission and goals.
  14. Serve as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and excellent patient care.
  15. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and stakeholders to promote the hospital's urgent care services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Urgent Care Or Emergency Room Settings.

  • Current Rn License In The State Of Massachusetts, With Additional Certifications Such As Acls And Pals.

  • Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role, With Demonstrated Ability To Manage A Team And Make Effective Decisions Under Pressure.

  • Knowledge Of Urgent Care Operations, Including Triage Protocols, Patient Flow, And Regulatory Compliance.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Physicians, Staff, And Other Departments To Ensure Quality Patient Care.
