  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hospital, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate levels are maintained for uninterrupted service.
  5. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance checks to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
  6. Coordinate and oversee all maintenance and repair projects, both internally and with external contractors.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and hospital leadership to identify and address maintenance needs and priorities.
  9. Develop and manage maintenance budgets, maximizing resources while staying within financial constraints.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology, and make recommendations for improvement and cost savings.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of maintenance operations, seeking out opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
  14. Represent the hospital in a professional manner and uphold its mission, vision, and values at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Or Facilities Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Such As Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Medical Equipment.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With Experience In Managing A Team And Collaborating With Other Departments.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Safety And Regulatory Guidelines, Such As Osha And Joint Commission Standards.

  • Ability To Create And Manage Maintenance Schedules, Budgets, And Inventory Of Supplies And Equipment.
