1. Conduct comprehensive eye exams and diagnose vision problems for patients of all ages.
2. Develop treatment plans and prescribe corrective lenses, medications, or other appropriate treatments.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as ophthalmologists and primary care physicians, to provide coordinated patient care.
4. Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in the field of optometry.
5. Educate patients on proper eye care and maintenance of corrective lenses.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including exam findings and treatment plans.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
