  1. Develop and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions to support Wentworth-Douglass Hospital's operations.

  15. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of ITOM projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Servicenow Itom, Including Experience With Service Mapping And Event Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Itil Processes And Best Practices, With Itil Certification Preferred.

  • Experience With Scripting Languages Such As Javascript, Powershell, And Unix Shell Scripting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Itom Solutions To Meet Business Needs.
