  1. Lead and oversee all aspects of grant administration for the organization.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic plan for securing and managing grants.
  3. Conduct thorough research to identify potential grant opportunities.
  4. Prepare, write, and submit compelling grant proposals that align with the organization's mission and goals.
  5. Manage the entire grant application process, including budget development, timeline management, and submission.
  6. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with grant funders and partners.
  8. Monitor and track grant progress and ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in grant funding.
  10. Develop and maintain a grant management system to track all grants, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
  11. Train and support other staff members in grant writing and administration.
  12. Represent the organization at grant-related events and conferences.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all grants and related activities.
  14. Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure proper use and allocation of grant funds.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's grant strategy and processes.
  16. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding grant activities and updates.
  17. Handle any issues or concerns related to grant funding in a timely and professional manner.
  18. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in grant administration.
  19. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to grant applications and awards.
  20. Act as a leader and mentor for junior grant administrators, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Grant Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Grant Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Remotely, With A High Level Of Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
