- Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform decision making.
- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to organize and visualize data for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Create and present reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and decision making.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing quality control processes and regularly auditing data.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve data management practices.
- Train and mentor junior data analysts to build a strong and capable data team.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of data analysis and its implications.
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze and interpret large datasets.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
- Identify and propose new data sources and tools to improve data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and provide updates on data analysis projects.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and ethical standards in handling sensitive healthcare data.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate data analysis processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis And Reporting, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Proficiency In Sql, Excel, And Other Data Management Tools And Databases.
Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Identify Trends And Patterns In Data.
