  1. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  2. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  3. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  5. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of patients.
  6. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Participate in patient rounds and provide input to the nursing team.
  8. Assist with patient transportation and transfers.
  9. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.
  11. Attend educational sessions and training to improve knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Must Be Currently Enrolled In An Accredited Rn Program And Have Completed At Least One Clinical Rotation.

  • Possess Basic Knowledge And Skills In Patient Care, Including Vital Signs Monitoring, Medication Administration, And Sterile Technique.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Compassionately And Professionally With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Ensuring Patient Safety.

  • Willingness To Work Full-Time Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, And To Be Flexible With Scheduling To Meet Department Needs.
