- Assist in the planning and coordination of research studies with the guidance of experienced research team members.
- Conduct literature reviews to support the development of research protocols and projects.
- Prepare materials and equipment for research studies, ensuring they are properly calibrated, sterilized, and maintained.
- Collect, process, and analyze data using various techniques and equipment, following established protocols.
- Communicate regularly with other team members to provide updates on study progress and discuss any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all research activities and results.
- Participate in regular team meetings and provide input and suggestions for improving research processes and procedures.
- Assist in writing and editing research reports, manuscripts, and other publications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in conducting research studies.
- Attend relevant training and educational opportunities to stay updated on new research techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments and organizations to facilitate research collaborations and partnerships.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory space and ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Act as a liaison between the research team and study participants, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the research process.
- Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.

Previous Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Hospital Environment.
Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Techniques, Such As Pcr, Elisa, And Cell Culture.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Knowledge Of Research Methodologies And Procedures, Including Data Collection And Analysis.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Follow Protocols And Maintain Accurate Records.
