  1. Conduct laboratory experiments: Perform a variety of laboratory experiments as directed by the research team to support ongoing research projects.
  2. Collect and analyze data: Accurately collect, record, and analyze experimental data, ensuring the integrity and validity of the results.
  3. Maintain laboratory equipment: Ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment by performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  4. Adhere to safety protocols: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to minimize potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  5. Assist with research projects: Collaborate with the research team to plan and execute experiments, contribute to the development of research protocols, and assist in the interpretation of results.
  6. Record and report findings: Prepare detailed reports of experimental procedures and results, and assist in the preparation of scientific publications and presentations.
  7. Manage inventory and supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laboratory supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory.
  8. Stay current with scientific developments: Keep up-to-date with current developments in the field of research, and make recommendations for improvements to experimental techniques and protocols.
  9. Train and supervise lab assistants: Train and supervise lab assistants in laboratory procedures and safety practices, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate records: Carefully document all experimental procedures, data, and results in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Follow Protocols And Maintain Accurate Records.

  • Strong Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Discipline Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Biomedical Sciences.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Research Lab Setting.

  • Familiarity With Laboratory Equipment And Techniques Such As Pcr, Elisa, And Cell Culture.
