As a Research Behavioral Interventionist, you will have the chance to work closely with patients and contribute to cutting-edge research in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in psychology, behavioral science, or a related field, and have experience in designing and implementing behavioral interventions.   • Conduct research on sleep disorders and behavioral interventions, including literature reviews, data collection, and analysis.
  • Design and implement behavioral interventions for patients with sleep disorders, taking into consideration individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including physicians, psychologists, and sleep technologists, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and screenings to identify potential participants for research studies.
  • Administer and collect data on various research measures and protocols.
  • Monitor and track participants' progress throughout the research study, making necessary adjustments to interventions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of research data and participant information.
  • Prepare and present research findings at conferences, workshops, and other relevant events.
  • Keep up-to-date with current research and developments in the field of sleep medicine and behavioral interventions.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of other members of the research team.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines for conducting research studies.
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the research process.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Sleep Medicine department and the hospital.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve upon the effectiveness of behavioral interventions for sleep disorders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Master's Degree Or Higher In Psychology, Behavioral Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Experience Conducting Research In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In The Field Of Sleep Medicine.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Various Behavioral Intervention Techniques And Their Application In Healthcare Settings.

  • Strong Data Analysis And Reporting Skills, With Experience Using Statistical Software Such As Spss Or Sas.
