  1. Conduct and assist with research projects related to gynecologic oncology under the guidance of the lead researcher.
  2. Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including patient records, surveys, and literature reviews.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of research findings and ensure data integrity.
  4. Prepare and present research findings to the team and provide insights and recommendations.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective research operations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of gynecologic oncology and incorporate new techniques and methods into research projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with all research regulations and ethical principles.
  9. Communicate with patients and their families to obtain informed consent and provide support during the research process.
  10. Support the dissemination of research findings through conference presentations, publications, and other channels.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized research environment and ensure proper storage and disposal of research materials.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance research skills and knowledge.
  13. Assist in grant writing and funding applications for future research projects.
  14. Uphold the mission and values of Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and the OBGYN Gynecologic Oncology department.
  15. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the research efforts and findings of the department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Previous Research Experience, Preferably In The Field Of Obgyn Or Gynecologic Oncology.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Research Methodologies, Data Collection And Analysis, And Statistical Software.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Present Research Findings.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
