Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Primary Care Setting.

  • Active Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of New Hampshire.

  • Certification As A Family Nurse Practitioner (Fnp) Or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (Agpcnp).

  • Proficiency In Remote Patient Care Technology And Virtual Communication Platforms.

  • Strong Clinical Assessment And Diagnostic Skills, With The Ability To Provide Comprehensive Care To Patients Of All Ages.
