- Assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Participate in patient evaluations and develop treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed therapist.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Observe and learn from experienced professionals in the field of rehabilitation.
- Attend team meetings and actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving patient care.
- Assist in educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, as well as all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth in the field of rehabilitation.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks and responsibilities.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
Completion Of A Bachelor's Degree In Rehabilitation Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Or A Related Field.
Current Enrollment In A Graduate Program In Rehabilitation Sciences Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Department.
