  1. Assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed therapist.
  2. Participate in patient evaluations and develop treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed therapist.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  5. Observe and learn from experienced professionals in the field of rehabilitation.
  6. Attend team meetings and actively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving patient care.
  7. Assist in educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
  8. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, as well as all healthcare regulations and standards.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for learning and growth in the field of rehabilitation.
  11. Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks and responsibilities.
  12. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for colleagues and patients.
  13. Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve patient care and departmental operations.
  14. Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the hospital with integrity and compassion.
  15. Actively engage in self-reflection and seek feedback to improve performance and skills.
  16. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.

  • Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Completion Of A Bachelor's Degree In Rehabilitation Sciences, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Or A Related Field.

  • Current Enrollment In A Graduate Program In Rehabilitation Sciences Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Department.
