Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Massachusetts: This Is A Basic Requirement For Any Rn Position, As It Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Practice Nursing In The State.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Nursing Experience: For A Per Diem Position, It Is Important To Have Prior Experience In A Variety Of Nursing Settings In Order To Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Different Environments And Patient Needs.

  • Bls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification Is Required For All Rn Positions, As It Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained In Emergency Response And Can Provide Immediate Care In Critical Situations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Per Diem Rn, You Will Be Working With Different Teams And Patients On A Daily Basis. Strong Communication Skills Are Essential In Order To Effectively Collaborate With Colleagues And Provide Patient-Centered Care.

  • Ability To Work Independently And In A Fast-Paced Environment: A Per Diem Rn Is Often Required To Work On Short Notice And Must Be Able To Adapt Quickly To Changing Patient Needs And Priorities. The Ability To Work Independently And In A Fast-Paced Environment Is Crucial For Success In This Role.
