Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Is Required For A Registered Nurse - Infusion Oncology Position At Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. This Degree Provides A Solid Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice, As Well As A Deeper Understanding Of Patient Care And Disease Processes.
Current Rn Licensure In The State Of New Hampshire: In Order To Practice Nursing In The State Of New Hampshire, A Current And Active Rn License Is Required. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Up-To-Date On All State Regulations And Standards Of Practice.
Oncology Certification: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Prefers Candidates Who Have Obtained Certification In Oncology Nursing, Such As The Oncology Certified Nurse (Ocn) Or Certified Oncology Nurse (Con) Credentials. This Demonstrates A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In The Field Of Oncology.
