  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients struggling with addiction.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor and assess patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families on addiction, treatment, and recovery.
  6. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
  7. Promote and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
  8. Advocate for patients and provide emotional support and guidance throughout their recovery journey.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in addiction treatment.
  10. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  11. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the unit.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire.

  • Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Alcohol And Drug Treatment.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Treatment Methods For Substance Abuse.

  • Ability To Work 12-Hour Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As The Position May Require 24/7 Coverage.
