- Help clients set and achieve recovery goals by creating personalized treatment plans and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and address any challenges they may be facing.
- Educate clients on coping mechanisms and healthy coping strategies to manage triggers and cravings.
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Certification As A Recovery Coach: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Valid Certification As A Recovery Coach, Demonstrating Their Knowledge And Skills In Providing Support And Guidance To Individuals In Recovery.
Experience With Substance Abuse Treatment: Previous Experience Working In A Substance Abuse Treatment Setting Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of The Recovery Process And Can Effectively Support Clients In Their Journey.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Recovery Coach, The Candidate Will Be Required To Work Closely With Clients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Trust And Rapport With Clients And Collaborating Effectively With The Treatment Team.
