As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.   1. Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, public spaces, and offices.
  2. Ensure all cleaning procedures are carried out in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  3. Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  4. Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
  5. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  6. Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
  7. Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff to address any concerns or requests.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve cleaning processes and implement cost-effective measures.
  11. Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic in all tasks performed.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on hospital policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA regulations.
  14. Adhere to hospital dress code and grooming standards.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability and actively participate in hospital initiatives to reduce waste and promote recycling.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Public Health, Or A Related Field.
