We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our Newborn Medicine team on a per diem basis. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving processes and delivering quality care to our youngest patients.   1. Lead and manage projects within the Newborn Medicine department, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  2. Collaborate with departmental leaders and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop effective project plans to address them.
  3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and communicate updates and changes to stakeholders.
  4. Utilize project management tools and techniques to track project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  5. Train and mentor team members on project management best practices and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support project goals and objectives.
  7. Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status, outcomes, and recommendations to hospital leadership.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to project management and healthcare practices.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Including Project Planning, Budgeting, And Risk Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Organizational Skills.

  • Experience And Knowledge In Newborn Medicine Or Neonatal Care Is Preferred.
