  1. Provide direct patient care: The Practice Assistant II will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the Outpatient Infusion department, including administering infusion treatments and monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Practice Assistant In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In An Outpatient Infusion Center.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Other Computer Systems Used For Patient Scheduling And Documentation.

  • Knowledge Of Outpatient Infusion Procedures And Medications, Including Chemotherapy And Biologic Treatments.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment And Prioritize Tasks Based On Patient Needs.
