Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our patients and healthcare team.   • Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and reactions to treatments, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care, including treatment plans and progress notes
  • Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies for infusion procedures
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on infusion procedures, medication administration, and potential side effects
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments and follow-up care
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for improving patient care and department processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications
