Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution: A Population Health Nurse At Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Must Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing To Ensure That They Have A Strong Foundation In Healthcare Principles And Practices.
Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire: In Order To Practice As A Nurse In The State Of New Hampshire, The Candidate Must Have An Active Rn License. This Ensures That They Have Met All The Necessary Requirements To Provide Safe And Effective Patient Care.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Population Health Or Community Health Nursing: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Population Health Or Community Health Nursing. This Experience Helps Them To Understand The Unique Needs Of The Community And Develop Effective Strategies To Improve Overall Health Outcomes.
