As a PTA, you will work alongside our team of skilled physical therapists to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.   1. Assist physical therapists in evaluating patients' physical abilities and creating individualized treatment plans.
  2. Deliver effective and compassionate care to patients by implementing treatment techniques and exercises.
  3. Communicate with patients and their families to educate them on their treatment plans and progress.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress and communicate with physical therapists to adjust treatment plans as needed.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area and ensure all equipment is sanitized and in proper working condition.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
  7. Adhere to all hospital and industry regulations and standards, including maintaining patient confidentiality.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of physical therapy.
  9. Uphold a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, therapist, and other members of the healthcare team.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.

  • Valid State License Or Certification As A Physical Therapy Assistant.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Physical Therapy Assistant In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge And Proficiency In Various Physical Therapy Techniques And Modalities.
