In this role, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families. As a Patient Services Coordinator III, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating care with other healthcare providers, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patients. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and has a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting.   1. Manage patient appointments and ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
  2. Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and specialists.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  6. Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
  8. Provide guidance and support to patients regarding healthcare options and resources.
  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  10. Resolve any patient concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in patient services.
  13. Train and mentor new patient services coordinators as needed.
  14. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  15. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Other Relevant Software.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Patient Care And Customer Service.
