  1. Provide excellent support to patients and their families by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with paperwork and insurance forms.
  2. Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth communication and coordination of care.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  4. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in person, over the phone, and through written correspondence.
  5. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients and their families, especially during times of stress and uncertainty.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the patient services team to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of care.
  7. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  8. Remain up-to-date on hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to patients and their families.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment, while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about hospital updates and best practices in patient care.
  12. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  13. Meet all job requirements and qualifications, including relevant education and experience, to effectively perform the duties of a Patient Services Coordinator II.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficient In Computer Skills, Including Electronic Medical Records And Microsoft Office.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Administrative Role.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Working Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And The Ability To Accurately Record And Maintain Patient Information.
