  1. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient monitoring and observations.
  3. Respond promptly to any alarms or alerts from patient monitoring equipment.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families about their care and any changes in their condition.
  5. Assist with patient transfers and positioning to ensure their comfort and safety.

  16. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  17. Attend staff meetings and provide input on ways to improve patient monitoring processes.
  18. Act as a role model for other staff members by demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service.
  19. Continuously strive to improve knowledge and skills through self-directed learning and seeking feedback from supervisors.
  20. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Healthcare Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Critical Care Or Telemetry

  • Knowledge Of Patient Monitoring Equipment And Systems

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills To Effectively Assess And Respond To Patient Needs
