- Teach medical procedures: Instruct trainees on proper techniques for performing medical procedures, including taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and administering medications.
- Monitor progress: Regularly monitor trainees' progress and provide feedback and guidance to ensure they are meeting program requirements and developing necessary skills.
- Ensure program compliance: Responsible for ensuring that all trainees follow program guidelines and comply with hospital policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive learning environment: Create a positive and supportive learning environment for trainees, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
- Promote patient-centered care: Emphasize the importance of providing exceptional care to patients and promote a patient-centered approach in all aspects of the training program.
- Develop training materials: Create and update training materials and resources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with healthcare team: Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure trainees are well-prepared to join the team and provide high-quality care to patients.
- Recruit and interview candidates: Responsible for recruiting and interviewing potential candidates for the program, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and have a passion for patient care.
