  1. Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in the MGH-Surgical Unit.
  2. Assist patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  3. Monitor and report any changes in patient's condition to the nursing team.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing team.
  5. Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
  6. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  7. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  9. Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  10. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as infection control protocols.
  11. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  12. Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  13. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Medical Assistant (Ma) Certification
