  1. Provide exceptional and compassionate care to patients at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital.
  2. Support the healthcare team by assisting with patient care and daily tasks.
  3. Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients by providing a safe and clean environment.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  5. Demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of patient care, including monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns.
  6. Provide emotional support to patients and their families during their hospital stay.
  7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  9. Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
  10. Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  11. Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  12. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
  13. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.
  14. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Medical Assistant (Ma) Certification

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Including The Ability To Work Well With A Diverse Patient Population And Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team.
