  1. Conduct initial patient evaluations to assess their functional abilities and limitations.
  2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs and goals.
  3. Administer evidence-based treatment interventions to promote functional independence and improve daily living skills.
  4. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  5. Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for improving daily living skills and promoting independence.
  6. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
  9. Continuously stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of occupational therapy.
  10. Provide guidance and support to occupational therapy assistants and other support staff.
  11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
  12. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  13. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care.
  14. Advocate for patients' needs and rights.
  15. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.
  17. Comply with all state and federal regulations related to occupational therapy.
  18. Collaborate with insurance companies and billing departments to ensure proper reimbursement for services.
  19. Maintain confidentiality and respect patients' privacy.
  20. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Program.

  • Active State License Or Eligibility For Licensure In New Hampshire.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Outpatient Setting.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Treatment Modalities And Techniques.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team Members.
