We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled OBGYN Ambulatory Nurse to join our team at the Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH) location. As an OBGYN Ambulatory Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our OB/GYN physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and personalized care to our patients. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of women's health.   • Provide exceptional care to patients by assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with OB/GYN physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive and personalized care to patients.
  • Educate patients and their families about women's health and wellness, including pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and assist with exams as directed by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Monitor and address any potential risks or complications during pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during sensitive or challenging situations.
  • Stay current on industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines related to women's health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing success of the hospital.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Obstetrics And Gynecology Nursing In An Ambulatory Setting.

  • Bls, Acls, And Nrp Certification.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Provide Compassionate And Culturally Competent Care To Diverse Patient Populations.
