Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of patient care, while also providing leadership and support to our nursing staff.   1. Oversee and coordinate the delivery of patient care according to established policies and procedures.
  2. Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Ensure that all patient care activities are carried out in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  4. Monitor patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  6. Handle patient and family concerns and complaints in a prompt and compassionate manner.
  7. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records and nursing activities.
  8. Ensure that all equipment and supplies are readily available and properly maintained.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  10. Stay current on industry developments, best practices, and technological advancements in nursing.
  11. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and committees as needed.
  12. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  13. Act as a resource and advocate for patients and families to ensure their needs are met.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of New Hampshire

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Nursing Experience, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Hospital Policies, Procedures, And Regulations

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Nurses.
