Requirements:- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting- BLS certification- Strong communication and critical thinking skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

  20. Possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and continue to pursue further education and certifications as needed.
