  1. Provide timely and high-quality orthopedic care to patients in the Ortho Walk-In Clinic at Lawrence.
  2. Administer medication and treatment under the direction of a physician.
  3. Conduct physical exams, review medical histories, and diagnose orthopedic conditions.
  4. Perform procedures such as casting, splinting, and suturing as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
  6. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
  7. Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state laws and regulations.
  9. Continuously stay updated on advancements in orthopedic care and implement best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Licensure And Certification As A Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant In The State Of Massachusetts.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Clinical Experience, Preferably In An Orthopedic Or Walk-In Clinic Setting.

  • Proficiency In Performing Musculoskeletal Exams, Ordering And Interpreting Diagnostic Tests, And Developing Treatment Plans For Common Orthopedic Conditions.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Educate And Counsel Patients On Their Condition And Treatment Options.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced Environment, With A Strong Commitment To Providing High-Quality, Evidence-Based Care To Patients.
