  1. Provide exceptional care to patients receiving specialized treatments and medications.
  2. Administer infusion therapies to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.
  3. Monitor patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  4. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, potential side effects, and self-care techniques.
  5. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans for patients.
  6. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medications accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  8. Stay current on advancements in infusion therapy and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  9. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive and collaborative care experience.
  11. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
  13. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and make recommendations for care.
  14. Act as a resource and mentor to less experienced staff members.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant License In The State Of New Hampshire.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Infusion Therapy, With Proficiency In Both Adult And Pediatric Patients.

  • Advanced Certification In Infusion Therapy, Such As Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (Crni) Or Infusion Nurse Certification (Ins).

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacology And Medication Management, Particularly In Iv Therapy And Administration.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient Education On Infusion Therapy.
