  • Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning and engagement
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to meet the needs of learners
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for new and existing nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
  • Stay current with advancements and changes in nursing practice and incorporate them into educational programs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded education for nursing staff
  • Participate in performance improvement activities related to nursing education and practice
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of educational activities and outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience In A Hospital Setting.

  • Previous Experience In Teaching Or Education, Such As Serving As A Preceptor Or Instructor For Nursing Students.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Nursing Staff.
