- Develop and implement educational programs and initiatives for nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify and assess educational needs within the organization
- Create and deliver engaging and interactive educational content, incorporating best practices and evidence-based research
- Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning and engagement
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments to meet the needs of learners
- Serve as a mentor and resource for new and existing nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth
- Stay current with advancements and changes in nursing practice and incorporate them into educational programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive and well-rounded education for nursing staff
- Participate in performance improvement activities related to nursing education and practice
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of educational activities and outcomes.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.
Current And Active Rn License In The State Of New Hampshire.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Nursing Experience In A Hospital Setting.
Previous Experience In Teaching Or Education, Such As Serving As A Preceptor Or Instructor For Nursing Students.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Teach And Mentor Nursing Staff.
