  1. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including pre-operative assessment and post-operative care.
  2. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
  3. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to create an individualized anesthesia plan for each patient.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including anesthesia administration and patient response.
  5. Educate patients and their families about anesthesia and pain management options.
  6. Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
  7. Stay informed about current anesthesia techniques and advancements in the field.
  8. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to anesthesia administration.
  9. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and efficient surgical experience for patients.
  10. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide exceptional care and address any concerns or questions.
  11. Maintain a high level of professionalism and compassion when interacting with patients and their families.
  12. Attend departmental meetings and participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current in the field.
  13. Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  14. Act as a patient advocate and promote patient rights and dignity at all times.
  15. Assist in the training and supervision of staff nurses and other healthcare team members.

Job Qualifications
  • A Graduate Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.

  • A Valid And Current Certification As A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Crna).

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting As A Crna.

  • Current Licensure As A Registered Nurse In The State Of New Hampshire.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Anesthesia Techniques, Medications, And Equipment.
